Asthma is a condition that is more prevalent to kids than adults. The condition alters with the lungs by disrupting air from getting to all parts of the body. The symptoms of sleep apnea are loud snoring and the body wearing out even after sleeping for many hours. There are several types of sleep apnea; there is obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, and complex sleep apnea. Obstractive sleep apnea is a condition whereby the throat muscle relax blocking the airway. When the throat muscle abstracts the airway; the body is denied enough air. Central sleep apnea occurs when the central nervous system does not send information to the muscle that controls breathing. Complex apnea is a combination of the other types of sleep apnea. Many people suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. The the consistency of the problem determines the severity of sleep apnea.
